This Painting in Watercolour on 300gsm (140lbs) Paper depicts the 11th century church, rich in ornamentation that proudly stands on the banks of the Rhine. The Basel Münster (Basler Münster) is one of the main landmarks and tourist attractions of the Swiss city of Basel. It adds definition to the cityscape with its red sandstone architecture and coloured roof tiles, two slim towers rebuilt in the archetypal Gothic and Romanesque architectural styles.and the cross-shaped intersection of the main roof. This painting was finished in Basel in 1990.
